Our Story
OTAG Coffee didn’t start in a coffee shop — it started in a gun shop.
On Target Air Guns was built around precision, reliability, and doing things the right way. Long days, early mornings, and plenty of time spent talking with customers, tuning equipment, and working through details most folks never see. And somewhere in all that time, one thing was always close by: a good cup of coffee.
Coffee became part of the routine. Before the doors opened. Between customers. During long conversations and late nights getting things just right. And like anything else we care about, we started paying attention to the details — what tasted good, what didn’t, and what actually held up cup after cup.
We realized something pretty simple:
The same mindset that goes into air guns — precision, consistency, and performance — applies to coffee too.
OTAG Coffee was born from that idea.
